The book *Moscow 1937* is a collection of travel notes by the German writer Lion Feuchtwanger, written after his visit to the Soviet Union in 1937. In this work, the author shares his impressions of Stalinist Moscow, describing Soviet reality and the political atmosphere of the time. The book generated significant controversy because Feuchtwanger, unlike André Gide (who also visited the USSR and wrote critical notes), presented a more positive view of the Soviet regime.
