This book explores the architecture of Kyiv during the interwar period, focusing specifically on the planning and construction of the Government Center, as well as the large-scale reconstruction of the city as the capital of the Ukrainian SSR. The study covers the architectural and urban planning processes of the 1920s and 1930s, when Kyiv underwent significant transformations in the context of Soviet modernization and the establishment of a new administrative center.
