“1984” and “Animal Farm”

This book includes two famous works by George Orwell. “1984” is an anti-utopian novel describing a future totalitarian society ruled by Big Brother, where personal freedom and independent thought are brutally suppressed. “Animal Farm” is a satirical allegorical novella in which animals, after driving man off the farm, attempt to build an ideal society, but their revolution gradually turns into tyranny.
